If your file matters and you are not sure what to do next, the simplest option is to send it for review and get a clear answer first.
Can you guarantee recovery?
No. Some files can be repaired fully, some only partly, and some may not be recoverable. You will be told honestly what looks realistic.
Do you charge before starting repair work?
In most cases, no. The file is reviewed first and you are told what looks realistic before any paid repair work starts.
What file types can you help with?
Common file types include Excel, Word, PDF and Outlook PST/archive files.
Do you need remote access?
Usually not for single-file cases. Many jobs can be handled from the uploaded file and any error details you provide.
What if my file is sensitive?
Files are handled confidentially by default. If your case is commercially sensitive, you can request an NDA before sending full materials.
What if the file is only partly recoverable?
If only a partial but usable result looks possible, that will be explained clearly before you decide whether to proceed.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Response speed depends on the service level selected and current workload. Standard cases are usually handled within 24 hours. Priority and urgent cases are handled faster where possible.
Can you fix password-protected files?
The normal service is focused on damaged, corrupted or unreadable files. Password cracking of strongly encrypted files is not part of the standard service.
Why not just try another tool?
Most people who use this service have already tried a few fixes. If the file is important, it is often better to get a clear answer than spend more time going in circles.
How do I get started?
