Service levels

Standard Repair — from £49

Best for: straightforward cases that are not highly time-sensitive.

Typical response target: within 24 hours.

Suitable for many single-file Excel, Word, PDF and PST/archive issues.

Good option when the file matters, but you do not need an immediate turnaround.

Priority — from £79

Best for: important work files needed soon.

Typical response target: within 2–4 hours during service hours.

Moved to the front of the queue for faster handling.

Useful when delays are costly or you are working to a deadline.

Urgent Priority — from £99

Best for: cases that need attention as soon as possible.

Typical response target: within 1 hour during working hours.

Highest queue priority for genuinely time-critical situations.

Intended for urgent business, reporting, invoicing or deadline-driven cases.

Priority and urgent requests submitted outside working hours begin when service resumes.

What affects the final quote?

File type
Outlook PST/archive cases, damaged spreadsheets, PDFs and Word documents can vary a lot in complexity.
Severity of corruption or damage
A lightly damaged file is very different from a severely corrupted one.
Urgency
Faster handling and queue priority increase the price.
Outcome type
Some files can be fully repaired, some only partly recovered, and some may need a usable rebuilt version rather than a perfect restoration.

Frequently asked pricing questions

Do I pay before sending the file? In most cases, no. The file is reviewed first and you are told what looks realistic before paid repair work starts.
Why does it say “from”? Because file repair work varies. Some cases are straightforward. Others take more time or involve more severe corruption.
What if the file is only partly recoverable? If a partial but usable result is possible, that will be explained clearly before you decide whether to proceed.
Can you guarantee same-hour completion? No. Urgent priority refers to response and queue handling, not a guarantee that every case will be completed within a fixed time.
