These Terms and Conditions apply to the website and services provided by vaultrevive.co.uk. By using this website or submitting a file, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The service offered is manual review, diagnosis, recovery and repair of certain digital files, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PDF and Outlook PST/archive files.

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Not every file can be recovered or repaired.

2. No guarantee of success

Recovery and repair outcomes depend on the condition of the file, the extent of corruption or damage, the file type, and whether usable data remains.

No guarantee is given that every file can be fixed, fully recovered or restored with all original content, formatting or structure intact.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must have the legal right to submit the file
  • You must provide accurate contact information
  • You should keep your own backups where possible
  • You should check any delivered result promptly

4. Files that must not be submitted

  • Files you do not have the right to provide
  • Files containing unlawful material
  • Files intended for unlawful access or misuse
  • Requests for password cracking of strongly encrypted content unless explicitly accepted

5. How jobs are handled

After you submit a file, it will be reviewed to determine whether it appears recoverable or repairable.

Jobs may be classified as standard, priority or urgent based on the selected service level and availability.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the website are standard service prices unless otherwise agreed.

In most cases, a file is reviewed first and a clear quote is given before any paid repair work begins.

For some urgent or priority jobs, payment may be requested before work begins or before delivery.

Completed repaired or recovered files do not have to be released until payment has been received where payment is due.

7. Free initial review

Free initial review means the case is checked first to determine what looks realistic before paid repair work starts.

It does not mean that all work is free, and it does not guarantee a successful recovery.

8. Partial recovery

Some files may be only partly recoverable. Where a usable partial result is available, that result may still be offered as a successful outcome if it has real practical value and this is made clear before payment.

9. Turnaround times

Any turnaround or response times shown on the site are service targets, not absolute guarantees.

Requests submitted outside working hours may begin when service resumes.

10. Confidentiality

Files are handled confidentially by default. If your case is commercially sensitive, you may request an NDA before sending full materials.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is excluded for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from delay, inability to recover a file, or partial recovery.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Website availability

Uninterrupted availability of the website, contact form, email systems or payment systems is not guaranteed.

13. Cancellation

If you cancel before substantive work begins, the job may usually be closed without charge unless a separate agreed fee applies.

If you cancel after substantive work has begun, a fee may still be payable where this has been made clear before payment.

14. Privacy

Your use of the website and service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
